Phoenix Police Department G.R.E.A.T program

The G.R.E.A.T. Program was created and established in Phoenix through a grant from ATF. Preliminary findings of a study, which was conducted by the University of Nebraska at Omaha, indicated that the G.R.E.A.T., Program has a positive effect on the students engaged in the program.
