Beautiful shiny 3D animated bubbles float by displaying a series of Arizona vignettes that highlight the vital water issues that Arizona faces. Central Arizona Project General Manager, David Modeer explains how CAP helps to ensure that Arizona’s needs are met. The bubbles recede quickly as our virtual camera pulls back and we see that the bubbles were floating in a glass of water that David Modeer now picks up as he further explains CAP’s commitment to ensuring that Arizona’s water needs are met.
